Sauteed chiken with honey and avocado and salad

After a trip to the dietician, i decided to bring some balance to diet.

Is possible to eat meat while avoiding fats that can cause cholesterol ?

Oh yes it is possible and for that Nothing like the chiken. It is a meat low in fat and calories and rich in protein.

Which makes it ideal for controlling your fish. And why not vegetables for more balance

So do not delay, i propose below the spicy marinated chiken recipe, then sauteed with olive oïl and honey accompagnied by tomato cherry avocado salad and to finish with sesame seeds.

The recipe

Preparation and cooking : 30 minutes

Difficulty : easy to cook

 

Ingrédients

For sauteed chiken

500 g chiken

1 teaspoon Ginger powder

A teaspoon ginger powder a pinch of salt/pepper

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

For salad dressing

2 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon vinegar and pinch of pepper salt salt and sugar for salad

1 avocado

200 g tomato cherry

Some sesame seeds

Salad

Chiken marinade preparation :

Start by cutting the chiken into small pieces and put them in bowl add a pinch of salt, pepper and a teaspoon of powdered ginger by mixing as and stir well and let stand for 30 minutes at refrigerator covered with aplastic film (note that this rest period is optional).

Preparation of raw vegetables

Meanwhile, prepare the salad so as not to waste time…(and yes, as the English say time is money cut the avocado in half.) Remove the kernel gentle recover the flesh  with the aid of a spoon to finish cutting. Cut the meat into thinstrips to have a good presentation at the end

Cook the chicken :

Remove the marinated chiken from the fridge heat the olive oïl in a wok or pan add the pieces of chiken one after the other. Preparation of the salad sauce (vinaigrette) :

Mix olive oïl with mustard and vinegar add 1 pinch of selling, pepper and sugar, mix with a fork until you have a smoothtexture.

Dressage :

Arrange salad leaves on a plate. Add the golden chiken pieces and add some cherry tomatoes  and avocado seeds. Spinkle the sesame seeds on the plate and to finish sprinkle dressing sauce over.
