Ingrédients:

 

1 bar (or sea bream) of medium size; 250 g onions; 10cl of oïl; vinegar; Mustard; salt; 1 cubic bouillon of fish; Peppr; Chilli powder; 2 cloves garlic; 1/2 green pepper; salad; cherry tomatoes; 1 cucumber.

Accompaniement : alloco, bananas, bread.

 

Preparation :

 

Clean the fish and make slices along the

Mix two cloves of garlic. Add a tablespoon of mustard and vinegar, a pinch of salt, pepper, powder pepper. Mix well.

Use this preparation to marinate the fish. Let stand a few minutes.

While the sea fish, peel and cut the onions.

Crush the remaining garlic clove. Add the cubed broth, a tablespoon of mustard and vinegar, a pinch of pepper, a teaspoon of pepper. Marinate the onions with this mixture and set aside.

 

The cooking

Put to heat the oïl. When it is moderately hot, Brown the fish on both sides. Remove.

Add the pickled onions. Let it Brown. Stir every 2 to 3 min.

When the onions are golden Brown, add half a glass of water. Stir.

Cut the 1/2 pepper in slices along the lengh. Add to the sauce. Stir and let reduce for 7 min over medium heat.

 

The sauce is ready.

Mirinate the salad with a little vinaigrette and a pinch of salt. You can make athe vinaigrette by mixing a teaspoon of vinegar, an oïl and a mustard.

Peel the cucumber and slice.

Marinate with a pinch of salt and pepper and a teaspoon of vinegar. Mix.

Your firire is ready!

The service :

Arrange marinated salad leaves in a dish. Put the fish in the center. Add the cherry tomatoes. A dd the slices of cucumber. Add the plantains and the sauce.

 

Support :

You can taste the firire with bread or fries instead of plantains.

It’s also excellent with mayonnaise.
