Bananas donuts withe chocolate sauce

For about  35 donuts :

4 large ripe yellow bananes (about 800 g), 160 g flour, 5 g baking powder (about half a bag), you will not need to rest the dough.

If on the other hand you use baker’s yeast, it will be necessary to let rest 1 hours at least , the time that the dough wakes well), 1 egg, 15 cl of milk, a pinch of salt, powdered sugar (4 tablespoons approximately), a pinch of salt of cinnamon and a nutmeg (these two spices will make it possible to parfume donuts), 60 cl of oïl for frying donuts.

For the chocolate sauce :

75 g of chocolate in tablets.But i advise you milk chocolate, which will be at least bitter, 10 cl of fresh cream

 

 

Duration : 40 minutes

Preparation of the chocolate sauce.

Boil some water in a saucepan. Put the chocolate pieces in a bowl and place on the surface hot water. Mix from time to time; When the chocolate has melted well add the cream and mix.

Remove the pan from the heat and leave the bowl on the hot water so that the chocolate remains liquid and hot.

Preparation of the donuts :

Put the flour in a salade bowl and make a well in the center? Heat the milk without boiling. Add yeast, cinnamon, nutmeg, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar and powdered yeast. Mix well until all ingrédients are dissolved. Add the mixture to the flour bowl. Add a beaten egg. Mix until the dough is homogeneous.

Heat the oïl.

Cut the bananas into pieces about 1,5 cm long.

When the oïl is hot, dip the pieces of banana into the dough, remove and put in the hot oïl. Leave to cook for about 2 minutes just until the donuts are colored. Remove with a skimmer and place on paper towals.

I had a little dough at the end and no bananas , so i made donuts using a tablespoon. Enjoy the donuts quichly while they are still hot, with the chocolate sauce.
