Peas with meat : senegalese version

Ingredients :
1 jar of canned peas (about 600g), 500g beef, 3 onions, 12cl oil, chili powder, vinegar, 1 cubic broth (optional), salt, pepper, mustard, 2 cloves of garlic.
Side dish : bread, french fries.
Preparation :
Cut the meat into small pieces. Put in a kettle. Add a glass of water. Cook for 10 minutes. Collect the liquid broth and reserve.
Step 1 :
Add oil and brown the meat for 8 minutes.
Step 2 :
Add the onions finely chopped. Brown about 8 minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 3 :
Add 1 glass of water, mixed garlic, a tablespoon of vinegar and mustard, 1 cubed broth (optional), a pinch of salt and chili pepper, a teaspoon of pepper. Add the drained peas and the broth that has been reserved.
Stir very well. Cook for 15 minutes.
Service :
Enjoy with bread or fries.
