Recipe of Beans with meat
ingrédients :
200g of beans, 500 g of beef, 3 onions, 12 cl of oïl, chilli powder, vinegar, 1 bouillon cube. Salt pepper 2cloves garlic, 70 g concentrated tomato.

Preparation of beans :
To cook the beans, start by cooking the beans in boiling water until they are tender. Count on average 1h. Cut the meat into pieces put in a pot add a glass of water cook for 10 minutes. Remove the sauce and set a side.
Add the oïl and Brown the meat for 8 minutes add the finely chopped onions let Brown about 5 minute stirring occasionnaly. Dilute the concentrated tomato with half a glass of water stir well add to the meat in cooking . Cook 5 minutes stirring occasionnaly so that it does not stick.
Add 1 glass of water, the mixed garlic, a tablespoon of vinegar, the cube broth, a pinch of salt and chilli, a teaspoon of pepper. Add the beans and the sauce that has been reseved. Stir well, cook for 15 minutes.
The beans are ready.
