Recipe of braised chicken or grilled chiken

ingrédients :
2 large chiken legs (you can also choose other pieces), 1 onion, 3 cl of oïl, 1/2 pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bouillon cube Maggi, Ginger, chili powder, salt, mustard, vinegar, salt.
Accompaniment : 3 large plantains and 50 cl of oïl for frying bananas.
Preparation of the recipe :
Start by cleaning the chiken legs. I remove the skin because it is often very fat and below there is even more fat! So i get rid of it to have access to everything that is slimy and can remove it too. To wash the chiken you can use salt water with vinegar. This makes it easier to get rid of anything sticky.
We will then prepare a little stuffing that will give even more taste to the chiken. To do this, crush or finely chop a clove of garlic, add a teaspoon of pepper, a little chli, 1/2 cubic broth, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and a teaspoon of Ginger. Mix.
Make a deep hole in each chiken leg and add some stuffing.
Put the chiken in a casserole. Add salt, pepper, pepper and 3 talespoons vinegar.
Cook for 5 minutes. Turn the pieces over and cook for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
Remove the chiken and reserve the cooking juices.
Prepare marinade by mixing a tablespoon of mustard with 1/4 cubic broth, a pinch of pepper, chilli and Ginger. Mix everything well.
Coat chiken with this marinade.
Cook the chiken on the barbecue, in the oven ( grill position). When the face in contact with the heat is well colored, return tocolor the other side.
While the chiken is cooking, prepare the sauce. For this, cut the onions and pepper finely along the length.
Heat oïl in a skillet. Add the onions, peppers and crushed garlic clove. Stir and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Add the rest of remaining cube broth, a tablespoon of mustard, a tablespoon of vinegar, pepper, a pinch of chili pepper, as well as the reserved juices.
Mix and reduce for about 5 minutes.
